"We approached Scan to PLAN because of their ability to combine detailed terrestrial scanning of engineering structures with an aerial digital surface model of the sea defences and 2.7km of the Avonmouth coastline.
One of the things we liked was their helpful approach in developing the brief and information as to what can be achieved by this emerging technology. The result was a digital survey that exceeded our initial expectations and increased our experience of what this technology can achieve. The digital survey was delivered on time and to budget, being presented in such a way that it can be used for a multitude of purposes.
We found Scan to Plan helpful and informative and we would be happy to use them again to produce digital surveys."

Scan to Plan were employed by St Mary Redcliffe in Bristol to undertake the first measured survey of the building for 100 years. The point cloud survey has allowed floor plans to be prepared and cross-sections and elevations to created. This data is invaluable to us when preparing packages of work but it is also probably the most comprehensive record of the building ever undertaken. The survey outputs fully met our expectations and we enjoyed working with the team at Scan to Plan.
